Information you send us
When you request a quote through the form on our Contact page or on one of our advertising landing pages, you give us your name, phone number and email address, the service and type of project, your suburb or address, a preferred date or timeframe, whether you would like an on-site look, and any details you add about the job. We use this information to reply to your enquiry and prepare your quote.
How your enquiry is delivered
Each enquiry is sent by email and recorded in the lead management system our website provider runs for us. Along with your details, it records the page you sent it from, your device's IP address and, if you arrived from a Google ad, the details of that ad click.
Call and email buttons
When you tap a Call or Email button, the website notes that the button was used and on which page. It does not capture your phone number or email address.
Cookies
Most pages on this website do not set cookies. Our advertising landing pages use Google Ads to measure how many enquiries our advertising brings in. On those pages Google Ads sets cookies, on this website and on Google's own domains, that last about 90 days, and the details of the ad click are kept in your browser until you close the tab.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Third-party services
This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads. Some third-party services may also set or access cookies or similar technologies on their own domains. We do not control those third-party technologies directly.
